School is a unusual and new region for a child. Will it be a happy destination? There are brand-new folks, a instructor, classmates—will they be friendly?
I believe the passage from house to school is the 2nd largest trauma of childhood; the initial is, naturally, being born. Indeed, in both situations we leave a region of warmth and security for 1 that is unknown. The unknown usually brings worry with it. In my books I try to counteract this worry, to substitute it with a positive content. I believe that kids are naturally creative and eager to discover. I wish To show them that understanding is truly both fascinating and fun.”
